Suggestion:
When presenting 3rd party articles, such as the ones below, try to stay objective and open minded. I generally use statements to soften the situation and make your client feel at ease. Admit that you obviously printed two or three articles to support your proposal... But then follow that up with a softer statement claiming that, during your research, you couldn't find a single instance where a business was actually discouraged from having an online presence. Your tone should suggest that you have recently thought about this and that you can't think of one legitamate reason NOT to have a website.
